After many successful years of diver training from beginner to technical mixed gas levels under PADI, IANTD and TDI respectively, we are no longer able to offer in-house certification courses due to our growing work commitments and increased cooperation with local and visiting instructors & dive schools using our facilities. While we continue to address the ongoing demand for UE’s specialised equipment preparation & fitting for visitors, Underwater Explorers is no longer ‘a dive school’ but continues to be a TDI facility.

Dive Beyond
PADI & SSI COURSES, GUIDED DIVES ON PORTLAND
Dive Beyond has certified instructors and dive guides offering a range of SSI and PADI scuba diving courses and guided dives.
Based in Castletown, Dive Beyond operates a dive shuttle RIB from Portland to local dive sites and its courses are therefore conveniently boat-based, allowing divers to reach any dive site with ease.
It welcomes individuals, groups and clubs for a variety of diving courses and activities, offers guided dives and, where possible, can even buddy up individual divers.

C-Waves Diving
PADI Courses & Dives
C-Waves Diving are qualified PADI Instructors based in Portland conducting scuba diving courses and guided dives primarily off Chesil beach.
Courses range from PADI Open Water Diver to Divemaster while the school also specalises in training young divers, conducting try dives and introducing non divers to the underwater realm in controlled conditionss.
