2021 Shearwater SWIFT Transmitter

2021 sees Shearwater computers bringing in the next generation smart AI technology Shearwater SWIFT Transmitter that works with Perdix AI, Teric and Nerd 2.

The SWIFT transmitter allows divers to carry and use multiple transmitters with a highly reliable connection, listening for other transmitters in the vicinity and only communicating when the channel is clear by avoiding collision with other signals.

This advanced technology is leveraged by Shearwater’s new firmware which includes support for up to 4 transmitters on compatible Shearwater models. The firmware also includes exciting new features like advanced screen customisation and AI side mount mode.

The no-tools design makes it a breeze to remove and replace the Swift from any first stage high pressure port without the need of a particular size tool.

A double O-ring seal protects a user-replaceable 3v CR2 lithium battery offering up to 300 hours of time. The LED status indicator lets the diver know things are functioning as they should at a glance during setup.
