Online sales continue via DirDirect – store and air/gas station closed to public until further notice.
In view of yesterdays (appalling) scenes we’ve come across throughout the country and recent discussions we’ve had with friends within the industry, we have decided to move services to an *online-only* status effective as of 24 March, Tuesday.
We’d hoped we could manage this period with mid-week only restrictions as previously announced, but it appears further steps are required on all of our part to avoid any conflict with the government’s advice to avoid non-essential travel, while focusing on social distancing.
This is essential both for staff and public safety at this crucial moment and will be reviewed before Easter.
Online orders via https://www.dirdirdirect.com WILL continue to be processed and dispatched on a daily basis and we will be here by phone, email and other means of technology to answer your enquiries while saving you the travel and keeping you safe.
Please do be aware that for safety of delivery staff as well as international courier quarantines ranging up to 72 hours, there may be slight delays in deliveries.
The decision to suspend all in-store visits, sales, gas and air fills will be revised in accordance with developing government guidance and advice. Thank you for your patience and supporting us.
